CD-R or DVD +/- Rs silk screen printing is the same exact type of printing that is performed on regular replicated CDs. Any color combinations are possible, from PMS colors to 4 color process. This type of printing is ideal for an organization that needs to have pre-printed CD-Rs or DVD +/- Rs on hand and ready to dupe (even in small quantities)- while retaining the quality and extra "oomph" that a silk screen can provide.

As always, the most cost-effective method is to silk screen 500 to 1,000 or more blank CD-Rs or DVD +/- Rs at any one time. Quantities as low as 25 are possible (even if not recommended because of the high per unit cost). Much of the cost of silk screening CD-Rs or DVD +/- Rs is in the setup charges - that is why it makes sense to do as many as possible. Our price list has the setup charges included in the per unit amount for easier comparison.

The ability to adjust or make updates to the CD or DVD content while keeping the same look
CD / DVD artwork can be standardized with new info being added (printed) as updates are released.
Dates, version numbers, serial numbers, etc. can be added to pre-printed CD-Rs or DVD +/- Rs
More color options (true PMS matching, metallic, etc.) are available than with thermal or label printing.

Prices based on camera ready artwork, screen printing price includes cost of media.

For CD, media is Taiyo Yuden 52X. Glyphics, subtract $0.03 from Price.

DVD, add $0.10 for DVD media.

Mini-CDs and Business Card CDs, add $0.30 to Price.
